Kofola SA - Pearl of the Polish Economy

Ranking “Pearls of the Polish Economy” has been prepared by economists from the Institute of Economics developed on the basis of economic criteria, defining primarily operational efficiency of enterprises and the dynamics of their development. For the evaluation of companies a computer algorithm was used, created by scientists from the Department of Microeconomics INE PAN. The model is based on seven indicators commonly used by audit companies. The winners were selected from among 2000 biggest Polish companies that have agreed to be evaluated .

Kofola was awarded the title of “Pearl of the Polish Economy” for “the consistent implementation of the policy and strategy and leading position among the most dynamic and the most effective companies in Poland."

The awards were presented to the representatives of the companies during the celebration at the Royal Castle in Warsaw in the presence of representatives of the government, parliament, local government and celebrities of the world of science, culture and economy.

Honorary patronage over the event has been taken by Janusz Piechociński - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy as well as Professor Michał Kleiber , President of the Academy of Sciences.
