The Executive Board of the HOOP Group has concluded negotiations on the production and bottling of beverages for The Qibla Cola Company Ltd., one of the leading producers of cola-type beverages on the British and Irish markets. The five-year contract is valued at PLN 49m.
The Framework Agreement signed on March 24th 2004 with The Qibla Cola Company Ltd., one of the leading producers of cola-type beverages in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, provides for cooperation in the preparation and bottling of beverages in 0.5l, 1.5l, and 2.0l PET bottles by HOOP for The Qibla Cola Company Ltd.
The Polish company will also supervise the process of packaging and storing the beverages.
The agreement was concluded for an unspecified period.
One of the most important criteria in the assessment of the Polish producer during the negotiations was the high quality of its production and technology as well as the value of the sales revenue of the HOOP Group in the last four financial quarters.
