Change of the Company name from Kofola-Hoop S.A. to Kofola S.A.

In connection with the registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of KOFOLA-HOOP S.A., the Company name was changed from KOFOLA-HOOP S.A. to KOFOLA S.A. with effect as from December 23rd 2008.
In connection with the registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of KOFOLA-HOOP S.A., the Company name was changed from KOFOLA-HOOP S.A. to KOFOLA S.A. with effect as from December 23rd 2008 Kofola S.A. is a company incorporated under the Polish law and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Most of its shares are held by the founders of Kofola in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Kofola S.A. is the parent company of the Kofola Group, whose members are the following companies: Kofola a.s. ČR, Kofola a.s. SR, Hoop Polska Sp. z o.o., Megapack RU and distribution companies based in all the countries in which Kofola operates.
