As reported in Current Report No. 10/2004 published on June 21st 2004, the Executive Board of HOOP SA made a representation on the Company’s compliance with the corporate governance standards contained in the document “Good Practices in Public Companies in 2002”.
In the representation, the Executive Board of HOOP SA undertook to comply with all the standards of corporate governance with the exception of standard 20a).
